Uncooked Lemon Slice

No baking required, we love the sound of that!
  • Preparation:



  1. Step 1

    Grease and line a 20cm baking tin.
  2. Step 2

    Melt Tararua Butter and condensed milk together. Crush biscuits and add to butter mixture together with the coconut, lemon juice and lemon zest. Press into tin, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Step 3

    Mix together Chelsea Icing Sugar, lemon juice and enough hot water to form a smooth spreadable consistency. Spread over the slice and sprinkle with coconut. Leave to set.
  4. Step 4

    Alternatively, just dust with Chelsea Icing Sugar.
