- Serves: 4 persons
- 400 gstrawberries
- 1 parcelbourbon vanilla sugar
- 250 ghalf-fat quark
- 250 glow-fat quark
- 2 tbspbirnel (pear syrup)
- 40 gzwieback
Step 2Chop the strawberries, squeeze 2 tbsp of juice from the lemon. Place the strawberries, lemon juice and vanilla sugar in a bowl, mix, cover and leave to absorb for approx. 20 mins.
Step 3Quark cream
Step 4Combine the quark and pear syrup, divide between 4 glasses (each approx. 2 dl).
Step 5To layer
Step 6Break the zwieback into small pieces, scatter on top of the quark with the strawberries.
