  1. Step 1

    Break the dark and white chocolate into pieces, place each type in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stir until smooth, pour each into a glass (approx. 200 ml).
  2. Step 2

    Remove the grapes from the stems, thread onto skewers.
  3. Step 3

    Dip the grapes half way into the white or dark chocolate, place on a sheet of baking paper. Drizzle the rest of the chocolate over the skewers using a spoon, decorate with sprinkles, leave to dry.
