Ingredients
- a littlebutter
- 100 gwhole-grain rolled oats
- 100 gground almonds
- 50 gdark almond cream
- 25 gbutter
- 2 tbspliquid honey
- 2 pinchessalt
- 750 gmixed seedless grapes
- 1 tbspMaizena cornflour
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 1 tbspliquid honey
Instructions
Step 1
Grease one ovenproof dish (approx. 2 l) with a little butter.Step 2
Place the oats, almonds, almond butter, butter, honey and salt in a bowl, mix until you have a slightly sticky crumble mixture.Step 3
Place the grapes, cornflour, lemon juice and honey in the prepared dish, mix. Roughly crush the grapes with a potato masher.Step 4
Spread the crumble on top of the grapes.Step 5
Approx. 40 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 180°C. Remove from the oven, allow the crumble to cool slightly, serve lukewarm.
