Ingredients
- 2 dlwater
- 50 gsugar
- 1nectarine
- 2organic lemons
- 4 tbspgin
- 2fresh egg whites
- someice cubes
- ½nectarine
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water, sugar and nectarine to the boil in a pan. Cover and simmer the syrup for approx. 15 mins., puree, pour through a sieve into a measuring cup.Step 2
Thinly peel the lemon zest using a peeler, twist, squeeze out the juice. Pour half of the gin, 100 ml of the syrup, half of the lemon juice and 1 egg white into a shaker, top up with ice cubes. Seal the shaker and shake well for approx. 30 secs. Divide the ice cubes between the glasses, pour the cocktail through a sieve into 2 glasses. Repeat the process. Decorate the glasses with the lemon peel and slices of nectarine.
