- 1 tinsoya beans
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 tspras el hanout
- ½ tspsalt
- 100 gcrème fraîche
- 1organic lime
- 1 tspras el hanout
- ¼ tspsalt
- 150 gBlue tortilla chips with sea salt
Step 1Crispy fried beans
Step 2Mix the beans and oil, season. In a non-stick frying pan, fry the beans over a medium heat for approx. 10 mins. until crispy.
Step 3Avocado dip
Step 4Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones, scoop out the flesh, mash with a fork. Mix in the crème fraîche, lime zest and juice, season.
Step 5To serve
Step 6Plate up the avocado dip, sprinkle the crispy fried beans on top. Serve with the tortilla chips.
