Ingredients
- 1 tinsoya beans
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 2 tspras el hanout
- ½ tspsalt
- 2avocados
- 100 gcrème fraîche
- 1organic lime
- 1 tspras el hanout
- ¼ tspsalt
- 150 gBlue tortilla chips with sea salt
Instructions
Step 1
Crispy fried beansStep 2
Mix the beans and oil, season. In a non-stick frying pan, fry the beans over a medium heat for approx. 10 mins. until crispy.Step 3
Avocado dipStep 4
Cut the avocados in half, remove the stones, scoop out the flesh, mash with a fork. Mix in the crème fraîche, lime zest and juice, season.Step 5
To serveStep 6
Plate up the avocado dip, sprinkle the crispy fried beans on top. Serve with the tortilla chips.
