Ingredients

1 kg
sugar
1 litre
water

Instructions

Step 1
Bring the sugar and water to the boil in a pan. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved, reduce for approx. 5 mins. Pour the syrup into clean bottles, seal tightly, leave to cool.
