- Serves: 2 persons
- 150 gpieces of salmon (organic)
- 1spring onion incl. green part
- 1 cmginger
- 1 tsphoney
- ½ tbsplemon juice
- ¼ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 30 gwasabi nuts
- 4 sliceswhite bread
Step 2Mix the salmon and all the other ingredients in a bowl, cover and chill for approx. 1 hr.
Step 3To serve
Step 4Plate up half of the nuts on two plates using a cutter (approx. 9 cm in diameter), spoon half of the tartare on each, sprinkle with the remaining nuts. Serve with the bread.
