- 1fennel
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspsalt
- 2 tbspherbal vinegar
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1fennel
- salt and pepper to taste
- 40 gParmesan
- 1 tbspcapers
- 2Medjool dates
Instructions
Step 1
Place the fennel on a baking tray lined with baking paper, brush with oil, season with salt.Step 2
Approx. 25 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 220°C.Step 3
Combine the vinegar and oil, add the fennel, season. Plate up the salad with the roasted fennel, parmesan, capers and dates.
