Ingredients
- 300 gstrawberries
- 2 tspvanilla sugar
- 4 dlmilk
- 250 gblueberries
- 4 dlmilk
- 2 tbspliquid honey
- 1mango
- 180 gplain yoghurt
- ΒΌ tspbourbon vanilla powder
- 1 pinchturmeric
- 2 dlwater
- 1banana
- 30 gbaby spinach
- 2kiwis
- 3 dlwater
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the strawberries into chunks, place in a blender with the vanilla sugar. Pour in the milk, puree until smooth.Step 2
Place the blueberries in a blender, pour in the milk, add the honey, puree until smooth.Step 3
Peel and chop the mango. Place the yoghurt, vanilla and turmeric in a blender, add the water, puree until smooth.Step 4
Peel the banana, break into chunks, place in a blender with the spinach. Peel and chop the kiwis, add to the blender. Pour in the water, puree until smooth.
