  1. Step 1

    Line a tart tin (approx. 28 cm in diameter) with baking paper. Place the pastry in the tin. Prick the pastry firmly with a fork. Scatter the almonds over the top.
  2. Step 2

    Core the apples and cut into thin slices, place in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and vanilla, mix. Spread the apples on top of the pastry.
  3. Step 3

    Whisk the eggs and almond milk, pour over the apples.
  4. Step 4

    Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
