Ingredients
- 1pastry dough, rolled into a circle
- 3 tbspground almonds
- 750 gapples
- 2 tspcinnamon
- 1 tspbourbon vanilla powder
- 3eggs
- 2 dlalmond drink
Instructions
Step 1
Line a tart tin (approx. 28 cm in diameter) with baking paper. Place the pastry in the tin. Prick the pastry firmly with a fork. Scatter the almonds over the top.Step 2
Core the apples and cut into thin slices, place in a bowl. Add the cinnamon and vanilla, mix. Spread the apples on top of the pastry.Step 3
Whisk the eggs and almond milk, pour over the apples.Step 4
Approx. 30 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C.
