Ingredients
- 1 dlwater
 - 70 gsugar
 - 400 gpeaches
 - 1 tbsplemon juice
 - 4 dlsparkling wine
 - 1peach
 
Instructions
Step 1
Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a small pan, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat, simmer for 2 mins., leave to cool. Add the peach and lemon juice, puree. Transfer the mixture to a wide stainless steel bowl.Step 2
Cover and freeze for approx. 3 hrs. Puree the sorbet and freeze again for approx. 3 hrs.Step 3
Shape the sorbet into balls, serve with the sparkling wine and peach slices.
