- Serves: 4 persons
- 1 dlwater
- 70 gsugar
- 400 gpeaches
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 4 dlsparkling wine
Step 1Bring the water and sugar to the boil in a small pan, stirring occasionally. Reduce the heat, simmer for 2 mins., leave to cool. Add the peach and lemon juice, puree. Transfer the mixture to a wide stainless steel bowl.
Step 2Cover and freeze for approx. 3 hrs. Puree the sorbet and freeze again for approx. 3 hrs.
Step 3Shape the sorbet into balls, serve with the sparkling wine and peach slices.
