- Serves: 2 persons
- 400 gsweet potatoes
- salted water
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 100 gchorizo
- ¼ bunchsage
- ¼ tspsalt
Step 2Cook the sweet potatoes in salted water for approx. 20 mins. until soft, drain, mash with a fork or potato masher.
Step 4Heat the oil in a frying pan. Stir fry the chorizo and sage for approx. 5 mins. until crispy. Drizzle the chorizo, sage, oil and lime juice over the mash, season with salt.
