Ingredients
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 1garlic clove
- 2 tbspdill
- ¾ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 500 gsalmon fillets
- 1courgette
- 1spring onion incl. green part
- 1organic lemon
- 8wooden skewers
- 150 gplain greek yoghurt
- 1organic lemon
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 2 tbspdill
- 2 pinchessalt
- a littlepepper
Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the oil, garlic and dill in a bowl, season. Add the fish cubes, courgette slices, spring onion and lemon slices, mix and thread alternately onto the wooden skewers.Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the yoghurt with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.Step 3
With the lid down, grill the skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 10 mins. Serve the skewers with the dip.
