  1. Step 1

    Cut the plums in half, remove the stone, cut into thin slices. Mix the plums and sugar in a bowl, set aside.
  2. Step 2

    Bring the milk, sugar, cinnamon and salt to the boil in a pan. Stir in the semolina, simmer for approx. 5 mins. over a very low heat, stirring constantly to form a thick paste.
  3. Step 3

    Add half of the reserved plums to the semolina, mix, cover and leave to stand for approx. 5 mins.
  4. Step 4

    Pour the semolina into bowls, add the remainder of the plums.
