Ingredients
- 300 grhubarb
- 1 tbspliquid honey
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1garlic clove
- 4 sprigsthyme
- a littlepepper
- 6 slicesbread
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 150 gsoft goats' cheese
- 1 tbspliquid honey
- 2 sprigsthyme
- 2 pinchessea salt
- a littlepepper
Instructions

In the prepared dish, mix the rhubarb with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.Step 3
To bakeStep 4
Bake the rhubarb for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 180°C (convection). Brush the bread slices with the oil, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake alongside the rhubarb for approx. 5 mins. Remove the rhubarb and bread slices from the oven.Step 5
ToppingsStep 6
Top the bread slices with the goat’s cheese and rhubarb. Drizzle with honey. Sprinkle with thyme, season.Step 7
Finish in the ovenStep 8
Bake for approx. 5 mins., remove, serve warm.
