|125 g||white flour|
|50 g||pecan nuts|
|100 g||dark chocolate|
- Biscuit dough
- Mix the flour, sugar, pecan nuts and salt in a bowl. Add the butter and rub together using your hands to form an even, crumbly mixture. Add the water, mix quickly to form a soft dough, transfer to the prepared tin, press down firmly.
- To bake
- Approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove, allow to cool slightly on a rack, remove from the tin.
- Place the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl and suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie, ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water. Melt the chocolate, stir until smooth, pour over the base, chill for approx. 10 mins., cut into 12 triangles.
