- 1 dlfull cream
- 1 tbspsugar
- 5 dlstrong coffee
- 40 gdark chocolate
- 1 tbspsugar
- 1 cmginger
- 4sour cherries in a jar
- somepralines with nuts

Sour cherry creamStep 2
Puree the sour cherries until smooth, beat with the cream and sugar until stiff. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag with a serrated nozzle.Step 3

Heat the coffee, chocolate, sugar and ginger in a pan.Step 5
To serveStep 6
Place the sour cherries and a little juice in two cups, pour in the coffee, top with the sour cherry cream. Serve with torroncini.
