Ingredients
- 75 gcream cheese with pepper
- ½ tbspwater
- 20 grocket
- 2pears
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 85 gBündnerfleisch (Graubünden air-dried meat) in slices
- 20 grocket
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the cream cheese and water, mix in the rocket.Step 2
Mix the pears with the lemon juice, spread each slice of beef with 1 tsp of the cream cheese, top with slices of pear and a little rocket, roll up.
