- 1 dlsweet wine
- 100 gMascarpone
- 100 glow-fat quark
- ¾ dlfull cream
- ½ tbspsugar
- 1vanilla pod
- 2cantucci
- 20 gflaked almonds

Place the figs and dessert wine in a bowl, leave to soak for 8 hrs. or overnight, puree.Step 3

Combine the mascarpone, quark, cream, sugar and vanilla seeds.Step 5

Divide the cantucci between the glasses, add the fig puree, then top with the mousse. Scatter the flaked almonds on top.
