- 120 gblue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola)
- 12 slicesbacon
- clarified butter
Step 1Fill 12 plum halves with Gorgonzola, place the remaining plum halves on top, press together gently. Wrap the plums in the bacon.
Step 2Heat a little clarified butter in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the plums in batches for approx. 4 mins. all over, drain on kitchen paper. Insert toothpicks into the plums and serve.
