- 40 gwalnut kernels
- 40 gfine whole-grain rolled oats
- 2 tbspmaple syrup
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 2 pinchessea salt
- 1 tbspmaple syrup
Step 1Core the pears using a melon baller. Scoop out the flesh from the pears, leaving a border of approx. 5 mm, finely chop the flesh and mix with the walnuts, oats, maple syrup, oil and fleur de sel. Fill the pears with the mixture, press down gently. Place the pears on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Step 2Approx. 20 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200 °C. Remove the pears, allow to cool slightly, drizzle with maple syrup.
