- Serves: 18 persons
- 1puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 2 tbspblack sesame seeds
- 12 slicescured ham
- 18 piecesTomme cheese
- 9 sprigsrosemary
- 1 tbspliquid honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Step 1Roll out the dough, brush with a little water, sprinkle with sesame seeds. Turn the dough onto a sheet of baking paper, remove the upper sheet of baking paper.
Step 2Top the dough with the cured ham, cut into 18 squares. Place a piece of cheese on each square, place carefully in the prepared tin. Insert the rosemary into the cheese.
Step 3Remove from the oven, drizzle with honey, season, serve lukewarm.
