Muesli with quinceand apple sauce

|2 tbsp||liquid honey|
|500 g||plain yoghurt|
|100 g||crispy muesli|
- To cook the fruit
- Rub the quince clean with a towel and peel. Halve the quince, remove the core and chop into pieces. Peel and core the apples, chop into pieces. Place the quince and apples in a pan with the honey and water, cover and simmer for approx. 20 mins. until soft. Allow the fruit to cool slightly.
- Quince and apple sauce
- Finely mash the fruit with a potato masher or pass through a food mill.
- Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl along with the quince and apple sauce, top with crunchy muesli.
