300 g quinces
300 g apples
2 tbsp liquid honey
½ dl water
500 g plain yoghurt
100 g crispy muesli

Preparation Steps

  1. To cook the fruit
  2. Rub the quince clean with a towel and peel. Halve the quince, remove the core and chop into pieces. Peel and core the apples, chop into pieces. Place the quince and apples in a pan with the honey and water, cover and simmer for approx. 20 mins. until soft. Allow the fruit to cool slightly.
  3. Quince and apple sauce
  4. Finely mash the fruit with a potato masher or pass through a food mill.
  5. Muesli
  6. Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl along with the quince and apple sauce, top with crunchy muesli.
