- 300 gquinces
- 300 gapples
- 2 tbspliquid honey
- ½ dlwater
- 500 gplain yoghurt
- 100 gcrispy muesli
Step 1To cook the fruit
Step 2Rub the quince clean with a towel and peel. Halve the quince, remove the core and chop into pieces. Peel and core the apples, chop into pieces. Place the quince and apples in a pan with the honey and water, cover and simmer for approx. 20 mins. until soft. Allow the fruit to cool slightly.
Step 3Quince and apple sauce
Step 4Finely mash the fruit with a potato masher or pass through a food mill.
Step 6Spoon the yoghurt into a bowl along with the quince and apple sauce, top with crunchy muesli.
