Ingredients
- 2chicken breasts
- 1 tinchickpeas
- 1red pepper
- 200 gwaxy potatoes
- 125 gcarrots
- 1tomato
- 50 gpitted prunes
- 30 galmonds
- 1 ½ tbspras el hanout
- ¾ tspsalt
- 1 ½ dlwater
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the chicken with all the other ingredients.Step 2
Place the casserole dish or tagine – without the lid – in the lower half of a cold oven. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add the chicken and vegetables, pour in the water. Cover and braise for approx. 50 mins.
