- 2 dlwater
- 200 gsugar
- 3apricots
- 2passion fruit
- 2lemons
- 1 ½ litressparkling mineral water
- 2passion fruit
- ice cube
Instructions
Step 1
In a pan, bring the water to the boil with the sugar and diced apricots, simmer for approx. 5 mins. Pass the passion fruit pulp through a sieve into the syrup, stir in the lemon juice, leave to cool.Step 2
Stir the sparkling water and passion fruit pulp into the syrup, serve with ice cubes.
