Ingredients
- 300 gplain greek yoghurt
- 1organic lemon
- ¼ bunchthyme
- 1 ½ tspground coriander seeds
- ½ tspcumin
- ½ tspfennel seeds
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 4chicken breasts
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 2garlic cloves
- 4wooden skewers
- ½ bunchpeppermint
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the yoghurt with all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper. Spoon 100 g into a bowl, cover and chill the rest.Step 2
Season the chicken, add the chicken and garlic to the yoghurt and mix. Thread the chicken onto the skewers.Step 3
With the lid down, grill the skewers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 15 mins., turning occasionally.Step 4
Stir half of the mint into the yoghurt. Serve the yoghurt with the chicken skewers, garnish with the remainder of the mint.
