120 g boiled beets
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
100 g horseradish mousse
30 g boiled beets
1 tbsp coarse-grain mustard
100 g crackers
½ tsp Tasmanian pepper
10 g Micro Greens

Preparation Steps

  1. Beetroot
  2. Puree the beetroot with the lemon juice, season with salt. Mix in the horseradish mousse, diced beetroot and mustard.
  3. To serve
  4. Spread the beetroot mousse on the crackers, season with pepper and garnish with micro greens.
