1 tbsp | lemon juice |
¼ tsp | salt |
100 g | horseradish mousse |
30 g | boiled beets |
1 tbsp | coarse-grain mustard |
100 g | crackers |
½ tsp | Tasmanian pepper |
10 g | Micro Greens |
Preparation Steps
- Beetroot
- Puree the beetroot with the lemon juice, season with salt. Mix in the horseradish mousse, diced beetroot and mustard.
- To serve
- Spread the beetroot mousse on the crackers, season with pepper and garnish with micro greens.
