- Serves: 4 persons
- 1puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 150 gcream cheese with pepper
- 1 tbspwater
- 750 gdifferent coloured cherry tomatoes
- ¼ tspsalt
- 2 tbspolive oil
- ½ bunchbasil
Step 1Roll out the pastry, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, prick firmly with a fork. Cut off approx. 1 cm all the way around. Brush the edges of the pastry with a little water, place the pastry strips on top, press down gently. Combine the cream cheese and water, brush the pastry with the mixture. Top with the cherry tomatoes.
Step 2Approx. 20 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 220°C, remove and season with salt. Mix the oil and basil, drizzle over the top.
