1 tbsp oil
1 onion
150 g green lentils
120 g frozen leaf spinach
1 ½ tbsp curry powder
3 ½ dl water
2 ½ dl coconut milk
120 g frozen leaf spinach
¾ tsp salt

Preparation Steps

  1. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the onion for approx. 3 mins. Add the lentils, spinach and curry, cook for approx. 2 mins. Pour in the water and coconut milk, simmer for approx. 20 mins., stirring occasionally. Add the spinach, simmer for approx. 5 mins., season with salt.
