- Serves: 4 persons
- 1red onion
- 2 tbspdried cranberries
- 3 tbspwhite wine vinegar
- 1puff pastry dough, rolled into a rectangle
- 150 gCamembert
- ½ tspsea salt
- a littlepepper
Step 1Mix the onion, cranberries and vinegar, leave to absorb for approx. 5 mins.
Step 2Roll out the puff pastry along with the baking paper on a baking tray. Cut out stars of different sizes from the puff pastry, brush with egg. Place a slice of cheese on each star. Add the topping, season.
Step 3Approx. 12 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly on a cooling rack.
