Ingredients
- 2 tbspwhite balsamic vinegar
- ½organic lemon
- 3 tbspolive oil
- ½ tspsalt
- a littlepepper
- 3fennel
- 2 tbspolive oil
- ¼ tspsalt
- ¼ tspsea salt
- 50 gParmesan
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the balsamic, lemon zest and juice with the oil, season.Step 2
Mix the fennel with the oil, season with salt.Step 3
With the lid down, grill the fennel over/on a medium heat (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. on each side. Plate up the fennel, season with salt. Drizzle with the dressing, sprinkle the cheese on top.
