|200 g||milk chocolate|
|50 g||flaked almonds|
- To melt the chocolate
- Break the chocolate into pieces, place in a thin-sided bowl, cut the butter into pieces, add to the bowl. Suspend over a gently simmering bain-marie; the bowl must not touch the water. Melt the chocolate and butter, stir until smooth.
- To shape
- Empty the cornflakes and flaked almonds into the chocolate, mix. Using two teaspoons, shape the mixture into approx. 20 mounds on a chopping board lined with baking paper, chill for approx. 1 hr.
