- Serves: 4 persons
- 3 tbspsweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsppeanut butter
- 2 tbspsoy sauce
- 600 gSkinless chicken steaks
- a littlepepper
- 1 dlwater
- ½ tspMaizena cornflour
Step 2Combine the chilli sauce, peanut butter and soy sauce. Cover the chicken with 2 tbsp of the marinade, set aside the remainder of the marinade. Season the chicken. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the chicken over a medium heat for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
Step 4Mix the reserved marinade with water and cornflour, add to the chicken, simmer for approx. 5 mins.
