Ingredients
- 500 gsquash
- 300 gpasta
- salted water
- 1 tbspolive oil
- ½ tbspcurry powder
- ½ tspsalt
- 1 tincherry tomato
- 80 ggrated Parmesan
- 150 gmozzarella
- 3 tbspbreadcrumbs
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the squash and cut into approx. 1 cm cubes. Cook the squash and pasta in boiling salted water for 10 mins. Set aside 100 ml of the cooking water, drain the squash and pasta, transfer to the prepared dish.Step 2
Add the oil, curry and salt, mix.Step 3
Add the tomatoes and reserved cooking water.Step 4
Mix in the parmesan, tear the mozzarella and scatter on top. Sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.Step 5
Approx. 30 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200 °C.
