Ingredients
- 180 gplain yoghurt
- 1 tbspicing sugar
- 1 tspvanilla sugar
- 1organic lemon
- 400 gmirabelle plums
- 1 tspvanilla sugar
- 4 tbspground hazelnuts
- 100 gbutter
- 1 parcelstrudel pastry
- icing sugar
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the yoghurt, icing sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Grate in a little zest from the lemon, squeeze out the juice, add 1 tbsp, mix.Step 2
Halve the plums, remove the stones, cut into pieces, place in a bowl. Mix the plums with the vanilla sugar and hazelnuts.Step 3
Melt the butter in a pan. Carefully unfold the pastry sheets, brush each sheet with a little butter. Place 2 sheets on top of each other, cut in half lengthwise and crosswise. Spread the plums over the bottom third of the rectangles, leaving a gap of approx. 2 cm along the edges. Fold the ends inwards, roll up tightly, place seam-side down on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Brush the rolls with the remainder of the butter.Step 4
Approx. 15 mins. in the lower half of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, dust with icing sugar, serve with the vanilla dip.
